Widni Oy will be merged with TMT. Malinen Oy as of February 1, 2026.
At the same time, the name of the new organization will change to TMT Widni Oy.
Earlier (on October 1, 2025), our group company Transcomponent Finland Ab was already merged into TMT. Malinen Oy.
As a result of the merger of these three companies, we will be able to offer even better services and a broader product range, as well as utilize our shared resources more efficiently.
Widni Oy’s warehouse will relocate to Lahti between January 30 and February 3, 2026. During the move, we will not be able to deliver goods as usual, so please take this into account when placing orders. Our goal is to resume deliveries from Lahti on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Widni Oy’s office will remain at its current address in Helsinki.
In the future, TMT Widni Oy will have three locations:
- Lahti – Head office and main office, production of TMT products, and central warehouse
- Närpiö – Production and deliveries of BT Trailer products (former Transcomponent Ab)
- Helsinki – Office / sales office
Our online store will be closed on January 23, 2026. You may place orders through our customer service until the new online store opens at www.tmtwidni.fi. There may also be a short interruption of our website services in early February until our products are added to the new site. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
